We'll see how long it lasts this time (I'm betting a week).
My second thought, after the initial 'zomg lets get back on dA' (or perhaps the third. I think my second was something along the lines of 'hurr hurr imma be talented hurr' ) was that I should actually have something to post to announce my return. This proved a bit of a conundrum, since my muse died somewhere in spanish class last year (Quiroz proved too much for the poor thing to handle). So I decided I would force myself to write something. Went something like this:
"There was a man in Nantucket..."
But no, seriously, it was really bad. The last stanza went something like "And then one last star yet hung in the sky/swinging like a kid new to jazz/from a line of fishwire that was still far too thin/'till it dropped down to earth/in the blink of an eye/without so much as an 'oh'"
For any of you who picked up on the Mango Street in that, trust me, I know. It makes my eyes bleed. But I wanted to do something D=
Maybe I'll put up some of the stuff I've written in the last five years later tonight. Dilute some of the 7th grade emocrap.
But for now, I have to go take my third shower of the day, 'cause after I cleaned up from the peanut butter fight with my dear mother, Ami gets pissed at me and decides to dump the $5 cinnamon peanut butter jar on my head. (Why the hell do we have cinnamon peanut butter anyways?!)

I hope you'll have a wonderful day!

Someone once said that the thing you're looking for is always in the last place you look, but it's kind of like, go figure! If you found it, why look more?
